To pick up the vehicle or retrieve any personal items, you will need your driver’s license, State-Issued ID, or Government-Issued picture ID as well as proof of ownership.

If the vehicle belongs to someone else, you will need a written letter of consent from the owner (signed and dated), along with a copy of their picture ID.

For vehicles that have a no insurance hold, you must obtain a ‘Release Authorization’ Letter from the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles.

To release your vehicle to your insurance company, we will need to provide a verbal release once proof of ownership is obtained from the owner or the State.

REMINDER: PLEASE REMEMBER TO COME REMOVE AND CANCEL YOUR PLATE BEFORE RELEASING THE VEHICLE TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.

If you would like to get any stereo equipment or anything attached of bolted to the vehicle, you must obtain a letter from the insurance company allowing you permission for removal.
